Legal Secretary common questions
Is there access to training if we need it?
Yes, all training and support, regardless of how often you need or use it, is included in your annual licence fee.
Is training limited to one session?
Training is available to be accessed as often you need or use it. Group training sessions are also available and can be recorded on request.
We have new users joining the team often, are we able to move licences around?
Quantum Cloud licences can be transferred from one user to another, for example, in the case of staff changes or to cover annual leave. This is a quick process and can be done by contacting one of our support team.
Can myself and other colleagues share cases?
Cases can be viewed and worked on by other users within your firm, however only one user can amend a case at any one time to avoid editing conflicts.
Can I give my client access to a case?
Yes, you can securely share selected forms with you client, directly through Quantum Cloud. You can collaborate on the forms for as long as needed, sending the form back and forth to your client until you are both happy the information is correct and accurate.
Will there be any support available to my clients?
Yes, technical documentation specifically designed for clients can be made available for you to share with your client. We are also more then happy to speak directly with your client for any support they may need when using the software.
I work with clients who have assets overseas, will Quantum Cloud allow me to use multiple currencies?
Yes, the program lists all currencies and links with openexchangerates.org, allowing you to always apply the latest exchange rates to your currencies. The final figure will always be displayed in GBP, however a reference to the rate of exchange will also be visible on the form.
