What is the installation process for Quantum?
As Quantum is cloud based, set up is quick and easy with no installation required. Once your account is created, an invitation email will be sent for you to set up your account. We have implemented two factor authentication as part of the sign in process, this works very simply using an authenticator app on your mobile device. Popular authentication apps are Authy, Microsoft, Google and Duo.
Where is my data in Quantum Cloud stored?
All of the data entered into Quantum Cloud is encrypted and stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS). This means that only you will have access to your own data.
In which country is my data held?
All data is held in the UK and all processing is conducted within the UK, to meet GDPR rules and regulations.
How are updates & Upgrades handled?
All upgrades and updates are automatic, and are handled by us. No downtime is required for updates. After we have released and upgrade or update, the changes will be available when a user next logs on.
