Fee earner common questions
How many users can work on a case?
As many as you like, but only one can actively edit the case at a time. This is to prevent information from being overwritten.
Can I access training and support for myself and my team?
Yes, all training and support, regardless of how often you need or use it, is included in your annual licence fee.
Can my client view their case?
Yes, you can securely share select forms with you client, such as Form E or D81, directly from Quantum Cloud. You can collaborate on the forms for as long as needed, sending the form back and forth to your client until you are both happy the information is correct and accurate.
Can I add supporting documents to Quantum Cloud?
Yes, PDF documents such as bank or mortgage statements can be uploaded to documents. Clients can also upload supporting documentation and share it securely within Quantum Cloud.
Are all tools and features, including Drafting Family Orders and generate asset schedules, included in my subscription?
Yes, when you purchase a Quantum Cloud licence you will have access to all of its features.
