Meet Daisy, a valued member of our team for the past 3 years. You'll often find her leading Quantum Cloud demonstrations and training sessions. With her expertise in Quantum, she guides our customers through the software, whether it's over the phone or in a remote session. Daisy's dedication ensures our clients always feel supported.

Meet Laura, who joined our team in September 2021 and quickly became a trusted Quantum Cloud advisor. Whether it's fielding inquiries over the phone or via email, Laura's expertise shines through. In addition to providing quality customer support, she also handles a significant portion of our behind-the-scenes administrative tasks. Laura's dedication ensures our customers receive seamless assistance every step of the way.

Meet Pippa, a dedicated member of our Customer Service desk, she's here to assist with any Quantum Cloud queries you may have. Beyond providing quality support, Pippa takes care of crucial behind-the-scenes tasks to keep Quantum Cloud running smoothly. From ensuring our forms are always up to date to managing licence renewals for all our customers.

Meet Hannah, who has been a  member of our team for the past 8 years. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing the majority of our projects, from working on new websites to introducing new products. While she may not always be in the forefront of Quantum Cloud operations, Hannah's focus lies in strategic planning and shaping the public image of both Class Legal and Quantum Cloud. Her goal is to ensure that our projects align with our long-term goals and resonate positively with our audience.

Meet Alex, our Head of Marketing and Events. She's the expert behind all the content you see on our websites, emails, and social media channels. Additionally, Alex is the driving force behind our event planning, whether it's planning our flagship At A Glance Conference or coordinating our presence at various industry events throughout the year. With her strong organisation and creativity, she ensures our messaging resonates and our events leave a lasting impact.

Working hand in hand with Alex, Megan plays a key role in coordinating our marketing initiatives. From crafting emails to refreshing our website and designing engaging social media graphics, she ensures our message is consistent across all platforms. Megan also spends a day a week on the Customer Service desk, getting to know our customers and deepening her understanding of Quantum Cloud. 

Sir Nicholas Mostyn was a barrister for 30 years specialising in “big money” cases, appearing in the foundational decisions of White, Miller and Granatino v Radmacher. He became a High Court judge in 2010 and sat in the Family Division, where he gave many judgments of major importance in the financial remedy field.

He retired from the Bench in July 2023, three years after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, since when he has become an acclaimed podcaster. In February 2023 he co-founded the award-winning podcast Movers and Shakers with five other well-known people living with Parkinson’s, including Jeremy Paxman and Rory Cellan-Jones, and in January 2024 with Lord Charlie Falconer and Baroness Helena Kennedy KC DT he formed the podcast Law and Disorder.
