Collaborate

Remove the need for endless form versioning

Filling out forms with your client can often be time-consuming and tedious. However, we've simplified the process by enabling them to input their relevant details directly into the form using our Collaborate feature. All collaboration takes place securely within Quantum Cloud, eliminating the need for numerous emails and versioning of forms. Returned forms clearly indicate new or amended information, allowing you to decide whether to accept your client's additions before integrating them into your own version.

  • Reduces the need for endless form versioning, with only one form being worked on between client and fee earner.
  • Data is tracked, and can easily be accepted by the fee earner.
  • Supporting documentation also uploaded in the collaboration process, including bank statements.
  • Fully secure - collaborating within Quantum Cloud is safer than sending documentation with sensitive data via email.

‘Quantum streamlines our processes by collating all necessary forms and providing helpful tools for document creation, such as ES1, ES2, Orders, and more.’
