Quantum Cloud falls under the remit of those certifications and is regularly audited as part of Isotoma's certifications.

Upon their initial login to Quantum Cloud, users must configure two-factor authentication (2FA) using an external authenticator application. This authentication code will be required for all subsequent logins, providing an additional layer of security to safeguard case information.
All data entered into Quantum Cloud is encrypted and stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) located in the UK. All processing is conducted within the UK to meet GDPR rules and regulations.
Our software undergoes quarterly penetration testing conducted by an independent third party, with results reviewed and necessary actions taken promptly. Data is securely stored within Amazon S3, ensuring 99.999999999% durability of objects annually.
